This teardrop, walnut with oak trim mountain dulcimer has f sound holes, side pins, enclosed tuner gears
and a 22 inch fretboard with additional frets at the 6 1/2 and 13 1/2 positions. It measures 29 1/2 inches overall and has a 1 9/16 inch body. This dulcimer is perfect for a skilled performer or a serious beginner. It comes in popular tunings including DAD. The finish is multiple coats of hand rubbed shellac topped with a fine-grade carnuba wax giving it a beautiful luster that is reminiscent of priceless antiques. Tim uses only solid wood in his dulcimers. The measurements may vary slightly on each custom crafted dulcimer.

The dulcimer comes with a kit that includes a pick, electronic tuner, extra strings, noter, and a beginner song book.
Shipping is by UPS ground. Insurance is required. The buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance and handling charges. This item is shipped to the United States only. Alaska and Hawaii require additional freight for air. Call for other locations.
