In most instances we will accept returns subject to the following conditions. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Returned items must be in original packaging and undamaged, unused, and with no missing parts or materials. Credit for the returned merchandise will be given less a 15% re-stocking fee within 30 days after receiving delivery of the returned merchandise. We will inspect the returned product when received. If it is not in original condition and packaging we will return it to you freight collect. Your return package must have your return authorization code clearly marked on the exterior of your package or we will not accept it. You should insure your return package and require a signature at delivery. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving a return authorization code. All requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receiving delivery of your merchandise. Although we gladly accept returns of most items, there are some items that we will not accept back as returns, including but not limited to, custom made items, discontinued sale items, perishable items, worn clothing, flea market items, antiques, used items, or items with opened packages or containers. Some items are shipped direct from the manufacturer to your door. These items may be subject to additional conditions from the manufacturer before a return can be authorized. Certain large items may require expensive prepaid freight to return. Make certain that you know and understand the product that you are ordering to avoid the expense of returning large items. Broken, damaged or lost in shipment items must be handled by making your claim to the delivery carrier and or the insurer. If you telephone our customer service number we will try to assist you with this process. An item with a missing part, manual or accessory when the original packaging is opened may be returned or the missing part replaced at the manufacture's option or our option. Items that do not work or break after use or opening the sealed packaging will be handled under warranty. We warrant most items for 30 days from the date of purchase. The manufacturer's warranty if applicable may be longer. During the first 30 days items under warranty may be replaced or repaired by Jewelville General Store, LLC or the manufacturer at our discretion. After 30 days any warranty is from the manufacturer only, and you will have to deal direct with the manufacturer. Some items may carry a limited warranty or no warranty. Read each product description carefully before ordering. Items returned for repair under warranty will be sent postage paid to the location specified by us for repair. Unless otherwise noted all postage, shipping cost and handling costs are the customer's responsibility. All items to be returned to us for repair during the first 30 days from purchase must have a warranty authorization code from us before they will be accepted. This code must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted and will be returned to you COD. You may get a warranty authorization code by calling our customer service number or by e-mailing us with a detailed description of the problem. We will issue all authorization codes by e-mail.
